These are simple missions done within and around the Quarry, utilizing either a Dump Truck or Bulldozer. They will appear on the map with a yellow bulldozer symbol. There are 7 Quarry Missions, and these can be started at the Hunter Quarry in Bone County after completing the mission “Explosive Situation”. The first 6 missions can be done as soon as it is unlocked, however the last 2 will require you to unlock Las Venturas first, so are available after completing the mission “Yay Ka-Boom-Boom”.
#GTA SAN ANDREAS MISSIONS FULL#
These require you to drive a truck full of goods to a location around the map under one of three conditions – delivering under a time limit, delivering without causing damage to the good, and delivering illegal goods with a wanted level. They will appear on the map with a truck symbol. There are 8 Trucking Missions, and these can be started at RS Haul in Flint County after completing the mission “Tanker Commander”.
Burger Shot (Redsands East, Las Venturas) – get on the Faggio parked outside. Hippy Shopper (Queens, San Fierro) – get on the Freeway parked outside. Roboi’s Food Mart (Commerce, Los Santos) – get on the BMX bike parked outside. For the locations of all courier missions, please see GTA San Andreas Hidden Mission Locations. You must complete all 4 levels for each courier mission to complete them. These require you to deliver packages around the island, starting with 3 packages on the first level, and 6 packages on the fourth level. There are 3 Courier Missions, and these can be started by getting on a vehicle in front of a particular building on each island. When completing a set of asset missions, you will start to generate revenue outside the establishment. Most of these will unlock throughout the game and appear on the map with a symbol, however the courier missions and Valet do not appear on the map. There are 26 Asset Missions in the game, and you must complete them all. Learning to Fly – must get at least bronze on all lessons. Mike Toreno – Who Needs Directions? trophy / achievement can be done on this mission. 
Black Project – They Can’t Stop All of Us trophy / achievement can be done on this mission.Madd Dogg’s Rhymes – Assassin trophy / achievement can be done on this mission.There are 98 Story Missions in the game, and you must complete them all. These missions will appear on the map with the character’s initial or a symbol when they are available. Purchase all 24 Properties and 5 Hotel Suites.Complete all 4 weapon challenges at any Ammu-Nation Shooting Range in one go.Collect all 50 Horseshoes (Las Venturas).Get at least bronze in all lessons at all 4 Vehicle Schools.
Las Venturas – 4 Race Tournaments and 6 Checkpoint Races. Win 1st Place in all 19 Race Tournaments and Complete all 6 Checkpoint Races. 
Taxi Driver: Complete 50 total taxi fares. Pimping: Reach and complete Level 10 in one go. Vigilante: Reach and complete Level 12 in one go. Paramedic: Reach and complete Level 12 in one go. Firefighter: Reach and complete Level 12 in one go. The Chiliad Challenge – win all 3 routes. Complete all 26 Asset Missions for all Assets. Rhino underneath the bridge on Grove Street. Getting 100% completion will unlock the following: Despite being labelled as 100% completion, there are several things not required for it, most notably completing all 70 Unique Jumps, getting all girlfriend relationships to 100% and taking over all gang warfare turfs.
